But what I do know is that gluten sensitivity, and the overwhelm and frustration that come with it, is only growing (and that's definitely not good)...
…and most people are letting fear take the wheel or end up frozen - making no real choices at all. They settle for ultra-processed gluten-free foods instead of nourishing whole foods, and this is when symptoms flare up and many just throw in the towel!


Trying to wing it is a recipe for stress. Begin with a solid go-to list of gluten-free pantry staples, snacks, and easy meal builders you already trust. This keeps you focused and helps you avoid the “standing frozen in aisle 3” syndrome.
Don’t trust the front of the package—flip it over and scan for hidden gluten sources like malt, modified starch, or vague “natural flavors.” When you know what to look for, you can shop faster and safer, without second-guessing every product.
The outer aisles are where the real food lives—produce, proteins, and whole foods that are naturally gluten-free. Start there and save the center aisles (with processed items) for last, so you're not tempted by marketing tricks or “fake healthy” foods.
Just because it says “gluten-free” doesn’t mean it’s good for you. Learn to spot nutrient-dense, gut-friendly options instead of ultra-processed GF junk that keeps inflammation and symptoms hanging around.
